Subject: TD Canada Trust abusive behaviour

Dear Jim,
A great thank you for your attention to this very sensitive matter. I have all my bank accounts with TD for almost 20 years. I was very happy with them for their service and specially the way they resolved the disputes when there were some. This time I am really chocked to see how they behaved and continue the same behavour. These are not the same people. I can not believe. I lost my trust and started to close my several accounts that I have with them. I realize that this is not an easy task as I see there are so many obligations on each of my accounts such as pre-authorized payments, terms, rates and cancellation fees. How they could do that with those innocent people just overnight? This is going to cost me a lot of money and time. I don't mind as I feel that I have a duty toward those that their accounts have been closed. I feel as citizen of a country that respects so much human rights I have the duty to denounce this abusive wrong action with a stronger right action. The era of TD bank is over for me for ever. I encourage and invite everyone to do the same.

I am so pleased that a busy man like you take the time to help the entire community.
